My Story: From Fragmentation to Wholeness
In 2020, I had abandoned my true self. My inner voice was cruel, and I felt deeply fragmented.
For over 30 years, I suppressed my anger and relinquished my self-worth, allowing others’ opinions to dictate my reality. I struggled to trust people, feared judgement, and isolated myself. My solution was to escape internal suffering through addiction.
In 2021, a close family member was in a near-fatal accident that forced me into action. I lost everything in an instant and had to make decisions that would alter the course of my life. That’s when I discovered meditation and breathwork, immersed myself in psychology and spirituality, and finally sought the help I had been conditioned to believe would bring condemnation and shame.
By 2023, I had developed the courage to face myself – my emotions, passions, spirituality, and sexuality. I found the strength to stand up for my values, leave unhealthy relationships, and implement boundaries where I once had none.
Today, I’m comfortable with who I am. My inner voice is kind. I believe in myself, no longer seek external validation, and finally feel whole.
Now I support others in discovering their own power and reclaiming their sense of self.

Most people think coercive control looks like violence. It doesn’t. It looks like a door that was open yesterday. It looks like your own instincts becoming the problem. You don’t see the walls going up. You only understand the labyrinth when you try to walk out of it – and find the path has closed behind you.
It’s Not Over
There’s a grief that doesn’t have a name. Not death, not divorce, not estrangement. It’s the grief of watching harm unfold in real time while being systematically prevented from stopping it. Of recognising every pattern because you lived them yourself. The systems designed to help couldn’t hold it. Neither could my body – until it had no choice.
Was It Love or MDMA?
I thought it was love. My nervous system knew better. The dopamine when she was warm. The withdrawal when she went cold. The relief when she returned. For 16 years, I stayed because my brain had coded her as survival. The chemistry was identical to substance addiction. And leaving doesn’t happen in one clean break.

I’m a trauma-informed nervous system coach specialising in polyvagal theory and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles. I guide people in developing the capacity to stay present with discomfort, recognise their own patterns, set boundaries, and reclaim their voice after years of suppression.
Through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, attachment work, and values-based action, you will learn to trust your body’s signals and choose yourself without guilt.

My Approach
I integrate polyvagal-informed nervous system work with ACT principles and somatic practices. My approach also honours the spiritual dimensions of healing – ritual, energetic awareness, and the practices that hold personal meaning for you – because effective nervous system work acknowledges both science and soul. This isn’t either/or – it’s both/and. Nervous system science meets embodied spirituality.
Grounded in authenticity, compassion, and deep respect for your self-authority, I walk alongside you – honouring your pace, your choices, and your inner knowing.
