How We Work Together

Choose the level of support that’s right for you.

Coercive control rewires your nervous system. Your threat responses, your attachment system, your ability to trust your own perception. This programme maps exactly how that happened and gives you the framework to finally make sense of your own responses, your body, and what it takes to break the cycle.

Six weeks. Live online. Small group. Four cohorts a year.

  • Week 1 — Your Nervous System — The polyvagal ladder, window of tolerance, and what chronic threat does to a system over time
  • Week 2 — The Architecture of Control — Isolation, financial control, information control, and how one coerced decision changes everything
  • Week 3 — How Control Gets In — DARVO, the fawn response, the identified patient, and how your attachment system was the entry point
  • Week 4 — Your Attachment System — Childhood conditioning, disorganised attachment, and the difference between your wounds being triggered and someone deliberately activating them
  • Week 5 — Your Body Knew — The signals you were taught to ignore, anger as information, and how to start listening again
  • Week 6 — Reclamation and Going Forward — What comes back, what healing looks like when there’s no clean ending, and your personalised toolkit
  • 6 x 90-minute live sessions online
  • Maximum 8 participants per cohort
  • Personal toolkit and resource referrals
  • Support between sessions via private community

Coercive control doesn’t leave a generic imprint. It leaves one shaped by your personal history, your attachment system, your particular survival responses, and the specific ways control was built around you. This programme maps your adaptations, and gives you the tools to understand what happened to your nervous system and what recovery actually looks like for you.

Six sessions. Online. Just you and Anna.

  • Session 1 — Intake and Mapping — Your nervous system history, your specific patterns, what control looked like in your life
  • Session 2 — The Architecture — Where the walls went up, what was coerced, how isolation was built in your specific experience
  • Session 3 — Your Attachment System — How your early conditioning shaped your vulnerabilities and how they were used
  • Session 4 — Your Body’s Signals — What your nervous system was telling you the whole time and how to read it now
  • Session 5 — Reclamation — What’s coming back, what’s still held, who you were before the dynamic shaped you
  • Session 6 — Your Toolkit — Personalised regulation tools with the nervous system science behind each one — breathwork, cold water, nutrition, meditation, nature, grounding, movement and more
  • 6 x 60-minute sessions with Anna, held online
  • Support between sessions via email
  • Personal toolkit and resource referrals
  • Referral pathways if deeper therapeutic support is needed

Coercive control doesn’t stay at home. It shows up in your workplace — in performance, in absenteeism, in how people respond to feedback, authority, and conflict. Most HR teams and people managers encounter coercive control regularly without a framework for recognising it. This full-day training changes that — practical, nervous system-informed, and built around how coercive control operates in real organisations.

Full day. Online or in-person. Tailored to your organisation.

  • The Nervous System Under Threat — How chronic threat narrows the window of tolerance and why dysregulated employees aren’t choosing to underperform
  • The Architecture of Control — How coercive control operates, what the patterns look like, and why they’re often invisible until named
  • DARVO and Workplace Dynamics — How denial, attack, and reversal play out in teams, management relationships, and HR processes
  • Recognising Coercive Control — Practical indicators for HR leads and people managers without pathologising or diagnosing
  • Responding to Disclosures — How to hold a disclosure safely, what not to say, and when to refer
  • Somatic Tools for the Workplace — Regulation practices that can be introduced into team culture
  • Full-day training session for HR leads, people managers, or whole teams
  • Nervous system-informed framework for recognising coercive control in the workplace
  • Practical tools for responding to disclosures and supporting affected employees
  • Includes organisational resource guide
